Personal Development/Health Coaching Packages:
Repair $130 - 2 Sessions (Must be used within 30 days)
Shape $220 - 4 Sessions (Must be used within 60 days)
Transform $360 - 8 Sessions (Must be used within 120 days)
Price includes Consultation. Each session is one hour. If you are also a part of a fitness class at Fitness Training Unlimited you will receive 10% off of your Coaching Package.

What Coaching is NOT:
- Counseling or therapy
- Advice giving
- Mental healthcare
- Treatment for substance abuse or any addictive behavior
