Here’s what others are saying about Yoga:

“Getting older doesn’t mean slowing down. By adding yoga to my strength and cardio routine, I know I’m helping my body stay strong and flexible. It also helps with my balance. We don’t realize the subtle decline in our balance as we age, but what difference yoga can make. Strength, flexibility and balance…..things we all need at any age. Thank you Christy.”  -RH

“Focusing. Being in the moment. That satisfying feeling of taking a really deep breath. The uplifting music. Your encouraging messages. And I appreciate the variety of flows and stretches you present to us. I pretty much like everything. This class has been a gift.” - Jody Modl

“I really enjoy yoga. I love your specific word for each week as it helped focus my mind and start the “letting go” for the night. The worship music and pace of the class brought a sense of peace and calm to me. I always left feeling refreshed and restored.”

“I wanted to tell you how much I appreciate your class. You do such a good job folowing the Spirit! It’s great to see if Christ will reveal himself through yoga and encourages me to keep coming! I just wanted to encourage you to keep it up! All day I had been hearing that verse…Your heart is where your treasure is…so good!” - Amber Graddy

“Yoga has brought complete joy to this heart. It has helped me get off medication for anxiety and depression. It’s helped me realize I am a work in progress. I will achieve great things with the help of my mind, body and soul. Love ya!” - Nicole G.
