Personal Development/Health Coaching Packages:

  • Repair $130 - 2 Sessions (Must be used within 30 days)

This package is for ladies who are doing well with their health goals but have a couple topics that they want to work on to help them stay on track.

  • Shape $220 - 4 Sessions (Must be used within 60 days)

This package is for ladies who have specific things that keep sabotaging progress and need guidance, tools, and action steps to move past them.

  • Transform $360 - 8 Sessions (Must be used within 120 days)

This package is for ladies who are needing a transformation with their overall health and wellness. Those who feel lost, all over the place, and not sure where to begin.

Price includes Consultation. Each session is one hour. If you are also a part of a fitness class at Fitness Training Unlimited you will receive 10% off of your Coaching Package.


  • One hour consultation (Getting to know you)

  • Each one hour session is either one-on-one, Skype, or phone coaching session

  • Text and email support

We all have choices. You have the power within yourself to make changes. Sometimes you just need to have someone walk alongside to help you set realistic goals, encourage, and believe in you when you don't believe in yourself (yet).

What Coaching is:

  • For people who are basically well adjusted, but want to make improvements in their lives

  • Designed to address issues such as (but not limited to) personal development, career development, relationships, life balance, decision-making, and achieving short or long-term goals

  • Someone to walk alongside and guide people through life's challenges and help them move forward with confidence in the midst of change

  • Helping people move from where they are to where they want to be

  • Helping people expand their visions, build their confidence, unlock their potential, increase their skill, and take practical steps toward their goals

What Coaching is NOT:

  • Counseling or therapy

  • Advice giving

  • Mental healthcare

  • Treatment for substance abuse or any addictive behavior
